Maggie Smith is the author of The
Well Speaks of Its Own Poison, which won the Dorset Prize; Lamp of the
Body, winner of the Benjamin Saltman Poetry Award; and three chapbooks. She
has been awarded several fellowships and in 2015 became a contributing editor
at The Kenyon Review. She is a visiting assistant professor of creative
writing at The Ohio State University.
