Michael
McFee has published sixteen books, including eleven collections of poetry, most
recently We Were Once Here. New poems and essays have appeared or are
forthcoming in The Cincinnati Review, Appalachian Journal, and Best
Creative Nonfiction of the South, Volume II: North Carolina. He teaches in
the creative writing program at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
